    What are the requirements for participating in the refer a friend program?

    In order to send a friend your unique link, you must first log in to your account page. Once there, you can find your unique link and copy it. You can then send the link to your friend via email, text message, or other method of communication. The link will provide access to your account page, allowing your friend to view your information.

    How do I refer a friend to the program?

    At Viasox.com/refer, you can send a custom referral link to your friends and family. This link will allow them to sign up for a Viasox account and receive 15% off their first order with Viasox. You can also log into your Viasox account and send the referral link from there. Once your friends and family sign up, you will both receive the reward.

    What are the rewards for successful referrals?

    For every successful referral, you as the advocate will receive a $15 gift card of your choice, while your friend will receive a 15% OFF credit towards their next Viasox order.

    Is there a limit to the number of referrals I can make?

    When referring a friend to Viasox, there is no limit to the number of referrals you can make. For each successful referral, you will receive a $15 gift card to the store of your choice. However, in order for the referral to be successful and for you to receive the reward, your friend must be a new Viasox customer and must not have any prior shopping history with Viasox.

    How long does it take for rewards to be applied?

    You will receive your gift card within 72 hours of your friend making their purchase using the link you shared with them!

    How do I track the status of my referrals?

    The dashboard will provide a comprehensive overview of all your active referrals. It will show you the referral's name, contact details, and status. Additionally, it will also display any additional information that is relevant to the referral, such as the date the referral was made and the amount of commission earned. The dashboard will be easily accessible and updated in real-time, so you can keep track of your referrals at any time.

    How do I redeem my rewards?

    You will receive an email with a link to a selection of $15 gift cards from popular retailers. You will have 72 hours to select a retailer before the offer expires. Once you make your selection, you will receive an email with a code to redeem your gift card.
