Our failure to insist upon or enforce your strict compliance with these Terms will not constitute a waiver of any of our rights.

Store Credits. As a benefit of your Membership, you may receive store credit, which can be used only to purchase products or services on our website. Any store credits will expire 180 days after the date you earn or receive the store credit. If you do not use your store credit before it expires, you forfeit your right to use it. Store credit may not be exchanged or redeemed for cash or gift cards.

Limitation of Liability. IN ADDITION TO OTHER LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS SET FORTH IN THESE TERMS, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR MEMBERSHIP, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, WARRANTY, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE) OR OTHERWISE, WILL NOT EXCEED THE LAST MEMBERSHIP FEE YOU PAID TO US.
