Typographical Errors
In the event that a Viasox product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Viasox reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Viasox reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Viasox shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
Term; Termination
These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by Viasox without notice at any time, for any reason. The provisions relating to Copyrights, Trademark, Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification and Miscellaneous, shall survive any termination.

Viasox may deliver notice to you by means of e-mail, a general notice on the site, or by other reliable method to the address you have provided to Viasox.
Use of Site
Harassment in any manner or form on the site, including via e-mail, chat, or by use of obscene or abusive language, is strictly forbidden. Impersonation of others, including a Viasox or other licensed employee, host, or representative, as well as other members or visitors on the site is prohibited. You may not upload to, distribute, or otherwise publish through the site any content which is libelous, defamatory, obscene, threatening, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, abusive, illegal, or otherwise objectionable which may constitute or encourage a criminal offense, violate the rights of any party or which may otherwise give rise to liability or violate any law. You may not upload commercial content on the site or use the site to solicit others to join or become members of any other commercial online service or other organization.
Viasox Refer-a-Friend Program Terms & Conditions
As a Refer-a-Friend member (a “Referrer”), you are subject to Viasox’s Terms of Use and Viasox's Privacy Policy (both available on our website), as well as the following additional Terms & Conditions for Viasox's Refer-a-Friend program:
- Qualified Referral. A Qualified Referral is defined as a purchase made at www.Viasox.com by a person (a "Referred Customer") who arrives to our website by clicking your Refer-a-Friend program link. You are limited to one Qualified Referral for each Referred Customer; in other words, additional/repeat purchases made by a Referred Customer are not counted as additional Qualified Referrals.
- Referred Customer. The Referred Customer and the Referrer cannot be the same person (for example, by using a different email address).
- Referral Rewards. For you to earn referral rewards as a Referrer, the Referred Customer must complete an order greater than $20 in total value, minus all fees including taxes, discounts, shipping, returns, chargebacks, fraudulent payments, and/or other 3 rd party fees.
- Reward Payments. Rewards are payable in increments of $10. As a Referrer, you are responsible for any and all tax liability resulting from Referral Rewards.
- Eligibility. Eligibility is limited to individuals only. Viasox’s Refer-a-Friend Program cannot be used by businesses for affiliate lead generation as determined in Viasox’s sole discretion. (Corporations are not people, my friend!)
- No Spam. You must comply with all up-to-date “SPAM” laws. For example, emails must be created and distributed in a personal manner and bulk email distribution is strongly discouraged. Any distribution of your referral link that could constitute unsolicited commercial email or "spam" under any applicable law or regulation is expressly prohibited and will be grounds for immediate termination of your account and exclusion from Viasox’s Refer-a-Friend program.
- Right to Close Accounts. Viasox reserves the right to close the account(s) of any Referrer and/or Referred Customer and to request proper payment if the Referrer and/or Referred Customer attempts to use the Viasox Refer-a-Friend program in a questionable manner or breaches any of these Terms & Conditions or is in violation of any law, statute or governmental regulation.
- Right to Cancel Program or Change Terms. Viasox reserves the right to cancel the Refer-a-Friend Program or to change these Terms & Conditions at any time in its sole discretion. Any unclaimed referral rewards will be forfeited at that time.
What if I received a damaged or defective item?
Please immediately contact our support team support@viasox.com for all damaged and defective items on arrival
If I am exchanging an item, when will I receive my exchange?
Once your return is received, our team will inspect the product and if the product meets our exchange criteria we will process your replacement exchange order. You will receive an automated email when your exchange has been shipped.
If I am returning an item for a refund, when will I receive my refund? For how much will the refund be?
Once your return is received, and the product is approved for eligibility, we will process your refund and credit your original payment method. Please allow 2-6 business days for your refund to be processed by your bank. We will refund you for all items that are returned, less the original cost of shipping. International returns: It may take up to 21 business days for the funds to credit back to your original payment method once the items are received at our warehouse.
Can I return Clearance or Mystery items?
If you return an order including a Clearance or Mystery item, your refund amount may be adjusted.
Canceled Orders
If you notice a charge on your credit card for a canceled order, it is likely a pre-authorization, not an actual payment. This will be automatically canceled by your payment provider. If you paid through PayPal, the refund should have been automatically processed back to your account.
Credit Card Refunds
Please allow up to 7 business days for the funds to be credited back to your payment method.
PayPal Refunds
These are usually immediate, so if you have received confirmation that a refund was issued but do not see it in your account, please contact us directly, so that we can investigate further.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Viasox, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors and suppliers (collectively the "Service Providers") from and against all losses, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, resulting from any violation of these terms and conditions or any activity related to your account (including negligent or wrongful conduct) by you or any other person accessing the site using your Internet account.
Third-Party Links
In an attempt to provide increased value to our visitors, Viasox may link to sites operated by third parties. However, even if the third party is affiliated with Viasox, Viasox has no control over these linked sites, all of which have separate privacy and data collection practices, independent of Viasox. These linked sites are only for your convenience and therefore you access them at your own risk. Nonetheless, Viasox seeks to protect the integrity of its web site and the links placed upon it and therefore requests any feedback on not only its own site, but for sites it links to as well (including if a specific link does not work). By subscribing to Viasox, you agree to the above terms an understand the following:
If you have any concerns or problems with your order, please contact our support team immediately. If you cancel your subscription, Viasox does not have any authorization or access to your customer profile. This meaning, we cannot process any refunds, ship out replacements or rectify any account problems. If you do not receive your order within 11 business days, you must contact our support team by the 15th business day of your billing date. If you do not contact the support team within that period, no action will be taken otherwise.
Mobile Terms of Service Viasox

The Viasox mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by Viasox (“Viasox”, “we”, or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.
By consenting to Viasox’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of Viasox through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Service-related messages may include updates, alerts, and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts, etc.). Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).
You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with Viasox. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.
We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including charges from your wireless provider.
You may opt-out of the Service at any time. Text the single keyword command STOP to +18449373608 or click the unsubscribe link (where available) in any text message to cancel. You'll receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device, unless initiated by you. If you have subscribed to other Viasox mobile message programs and wish to cancel, except where applicable law requires otherwise, you will need to opt out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms.

The wireless carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. If you get a new mobile number, you will need to sign up for the program with your new number.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.

Return Process
- Initiate a Return: Customers must contact our customer service team to open a money-back dispute.
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Viasox does not cover this fee.
- Inspection: Upon receiving the returned product, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return standards. This inspection is at our full discretion.
- Refund Decision: We reserve the right to approve or decline the refund for any reason. If the product meets our standards, the refund will be processed. If not, the refund request will be declined.
Membership Terms and Conditions
Part of the Services may include access to “Viasox VIP Club,” a members-only offering that provides exclusive benefits for an annual price (the “Membership”). For more information on the Membership, including current benefits, pricing, and how to sign up for the Membership, please see our Membership FAQs
Fees and Renewal. You must pay the Membership fee stated in the FAQ page found here, before receiving any benefits of the Membership. From time to time, we may change the fees for the Membership without notice to you. The Membership fee is non-refundable except as expressly set forth in these Membership Terms and Conditions. Taxes may apply on the Membership fee, and any taxes will be added to your order. If all eligible payment methods we have on file for you are declined for payment of your Membership fee, you must provide us a new eligible payment method promptly or your Membership will be canceled. If you provide us with a new eligible payment method and are successfully charged, your new Membership period will be based on the original renewal date and not the date of the successful charge.
UNLESS YOU NOTIFY US BEFORE A CHARGE THAT YOU WANT TO CANCEL OR DO NOT WANT TO AUTO RENEW, YOU UNDERSTAND YOUR MEMBERSHIP WILL AUTOMATICALLY CONTINUE AND YOU AUTHORIZE US (WITHOUT NOTICE TO YOU, UNLESS REQUIRED BY APPLICABLE LAW) TO COLLECT THE THEN-APPLICABLE MEMBERSHIP FEE AND ANY TAXES, USING ANY ELIGIBLE PAYMENT METHOD WE HAVE ON RECORD FOR YOU. For clarity, your Membership will automatically renew for an additional period equal in length to your initial Membership period until you cancel it using the payment method you have provided (i.e., if you initially paid for an annual Membership, at the end of your initial Membership, your Membership will automatically renew for another year).
Changes to Membership Terms. We may in our discretion change the terms of our Membership program. Any changes will be made to this page or the FAQ page linked above and will be effective as of the date of posting. Your continued Membership after we post updated terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to the changes, your only recourse is to cancel your Membership.
Termination by Us. We may terminate your membership at our discretion. If we do so, we will give you a prorated refund based on the number of full months remaining in your membership subscription. However, we will not give any refund for termination related to conduct that we determine, in our discretion, violates these Terms or any applicable law, involves fraud or misuse of your Membership, or is harmful to our interests or another user. Our failure to insist upon or enforce your strict compliance with these Terms will not constitute a waiver of any of our rights.
Store Credits. As a benefit of your Membership, you may receive store credit, which can be used only to purchase products or services on our website. Any store credits will expire 180 days after the date you earn or receive the store credit. If you do not use your store credit before it expires, you forfeit your right to use it. Store credit may not be exchanged or redeemed for cash or gift cards.
Geographic Limitations. Please note that the membership program is only available to customers in United States and Canada.
Limitation of Liability. IN ADDITION TO OTHER LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS SET FORTH IN THESE TERMS, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR MEMBERSHIP, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, WARRANTY, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE) OR OTHERWISE, WILL NOT EXCEED THE LAST MEMBERSHIP FEE YOU PAID TO US. THIS LIMITATION OF LIABILITY WILL APPLY TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW AND WILL SURVIVE CANCELLATION OR TERMINATION OF YOUR MEMBERSHIP.
