We offer four specialized sock lines:

EasyStretch™ Socks are our flagship product — the original innovation that started Viasox. They feature an ultra-stretchy top that accommodates calf circumferences up to 30 inches, making them ideal for people with wider calves, swelling, or sensitivity around the leg. They also have triple-padded bottoms for cushioning and seamless toes to prevent irritation.

Our Compression Socks are full-length (knee-high) and provide 12–15 mmHg of graduated compression, meaning the pressure is strongest at the ankle and gradually decreases up the leg. This promotes blood flow and reduces swelling throughout the entire lower leg.

Our Ankle Compression Socks provide uniform compression in a low-cut, ankle-length design — great for those who want targeted foot and ankle support without the full-length sock.

While our compression socks provide excellent support during the day, we generally recommend removing them before sleeping unless otherwise directed by your healthcare provider. When you are lying down, your circulation changes and the compression may not be as beneficial.

Machine wash on a gentle cycle with cold water and tumble dry on low heat. Avoid bleach or fabric softeners, as these can break down the elastic fibers. Turning socks inside out before washing helps preserve colors and patterns.

Our sizing is based on US shoe sizes and applies to all sock lines:

S/M — Women’s shoe size 5–9 | Men’s shoe size 6–8
M/L — Women’s shoe size 10–12 | Men’s shoe size 9–11
L/XL — Women’s shoe size 13–14 | Men’s shoe size 12–13

For EasyStretch™ and Compression socks, we also provide calf circumference measurements to help you find the best fit.

For EasyStretch™ Socks:
• S/M — up to 26” max stretch circumference
• M/L — up to 28” max stretch circumference
• L/XL — up to 30” max stretch circumference

For Compression Socks, the calf circumference is 18” across all sizes, as the compression is graduated and designed to fit a standard calf range.

Yes! That is exactly what they are designed for. Our EasyStretch™ Viasox feature an ultra-stretchy top that can accommodate calf circumferences up to 30 inches (for L/XL). If you have wider calves, swelling, or sensitivity around the leg, the EasyStretch™ line is our top recommendation.

Wrap a flexible measuring tape around the widest part of your calf (usually about 6–8 inches below your knee). Make sure the tape is snug but not tight. Compare your measurement to our size chart to find the right fit. Visit our Sizing Chart page for a visual guide.

If you are between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for a more comfortable, non-restrictive fit — especially for compression socks. If comfort and stretch are your priority, the EasyStretch™ line is very forgiving and accommodates a wide range of sizes.

Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders over $35 USD. VIP Club Members enjoy free shipping on ALL orders, regardless of the order total.

We ship to the United States, Canada, and many international destinations. International orders may be subject to additional shipping fees and customs duties depending on your country. You will see shipping options and costs at checkout before completing your order.

International orders require additional handling, customs processing, and carrier fees that are not covered by our domestic free shipping threshold. These fees are calculated based on your destination country and order weight.

Shipping times vary depending on your location. Once your order is processed at our North American fulfillment centers, you will receive a tracking number via email. Domestic US orders typically arrive within 5–10 business days. Canadian and international orders may take longer depending on customs processing.

All Viasox orders are priced in US Dollars (USD). If you are ordering from Canada or another country, your bank or payment provider will automatically convert the amount to your local currency at the current exchange rate.

Due to the sensitive nature of our products and our commitment to hygiene and quality control, we do not accept returns or exchanges, nor do we issue refunds. Every product is sent directly from our fulfillment centers to ensure no item has been handled by anyone other than our team.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your order. Send an email to support@viasox.com with a photo of the damaged item, the original and shipping packaging, a brief explanation, and your name clearly visible in the photo.

As a general rule, we do not accept exchanges due to hygiene standards. However, if there is an error on our part (wrong item sent, defective product), we will absolutely make it right. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order with photos and your order details.
