How much does it cost?
One pair is $19.99 a month. Two pairs are $12.49 each. Three or more drop to $9.99 each, so three pairs come to $29.97. Orders of two pairs or more ship free.
When am I charged?
You are charged when you place the order, then every 30 days after that. We email you before each renewal so nothing arrives as a surprise.
Can I return socks that don't fit?
Yes. If a pair does not fit, contact us and we will sort out a replacement size or a refund.
Will the price go up?
No. The per-pair price you start on is the price you keep for as long as your subscription runs at that number of pairs.
How do I skip or cancel?
Both are in your account, and neither needs an email to us. Skip or cancel before 11:59 p.m. ET the day before renewal and that shipment will not go out.
Can I change my sock type later?
Yes. Your sock type, patterns, and sizes can all change from one shipment to the next, right up to the renewal cutoff.
